We had the great pleasure of organizing a wine tasting evening dedicated to Jura vintages, on Friday, July 4, 2025, entitled “Arbois: the soul of Jura in a glass”.

The event was hosted by our member Zaza Kasashvili, and the evening was held at his #DGFAREA space, located at 38 Abashidze Street, Tbilisi.

This evening was a true immersion into the heart of the history, grape varieties, traditions and unique characteristics of this exceptional terroir, the cradle of the famous Vin Jaune.

Led by Dominique Bayvet and Zaza Kassachvili, the tasting allowed participants to discover the amber wines of the Jura, notably Vin Jaune and Savagnin, accompanied by a refined pairing of wines and food.

We thank all participants for their presence. It was a convivial and enriching evening, blending passion, tradition, and discovery—a must-attend event for wine lovers and those passionate about French culture.
