BC Imex was established in 2020 to import alcohol brands into Georgia, mainly from France. The idea was to create a structure where multiple companies would unite for subsequent distribution and joint importation. Companies such as ICC Georgia, a leader in the restaurant industry, the gastronomic chain Gastronome, cafes and restaurants, Eclair de Génie, and the Oyster Bar / Selfish restaurant chain, among others, are involved.

BC Imex is based on the experience and knowledge of French gastronomy and an understanding of Georgian taste. Over the course of the company's 3-year existence, sales have increased. Today, they import several dozen wine brands into a country with an 8000-year history of winemaking in Georgia.

Some of the brands they import include Domaine Puech Haut Pick Saint Loup, Perrin Beaucastel, Mireval, Alexandrin, Rothschild Lafitte Bordeaux, Caro from Argentina, Los Vascos from Chile, Louis Jadot Burgundy, Jackey Preyes Loire, LGCF Group, French whiskey, French Gin, French Vodka, Distillery Des Alpes, Nicola Garnier Calvados, Maison Cognac Hardy, Grandes Distileries PEUREUX, Champagne Rothschild, Champagnie Nicola Bouche, and others.
