The CCIFG and Ioulia Sauthier, Chef of the economic service for Georgia and Armenia at the French Embassy in Georgia met with Etienne Grrillot of the Swiss company, Simplexity Events in order to discuss the organisation of an outdoor festival in Kutaisi.
The events is planned for the summer 2019 and will offer 3 different types of activity:
Sport events during the day: various sport events will be organised and the guests will have the opportunity to practice.
Sport federations will be present to supervise the different activities.
Concerts: after 20pm to 2 am live music will be offer. Different bands will come and play.
Touristic events in/around Kutaisi: the opportunity will be offered to the participants to visit the surroundings.
The aim is to propose fun activities in Kutaisi in order to attract more and more tourists.
The perspectives on the long term are to repeat the event yearly, to combine with official competitions and to attract world-known bands.
