Meeting with the Business Ombudsman

On March 2019, the CCIFG and Ioulia Sauthier, Chef of the Economic Service for Georgia and Armenia met with Irakli Lekvinadze, Business Ombudsman.

This preparatory meeting was the occasion for the Business Ombudmsan to introduce its activities as well as the achivements of its office in 2018. The Business Ombudsman is an entity to which the private companies can address when they need support with an issue/litigation with a Public institution.

The French Chamber introduced its activities and its members and it was decided to organise a larger meeting with the Business Ombudsman and the members to exchange on their difficulties in Georgia.

Ioulia Sauthier, mentionned some area where the Business Ombudsman could assist the French companies.

One of our member, Hotels&Préférence was also present at the meeting in order to raise a case.
