New General Manager at Hôtels & Préférence

The Hotels & Preference, is pleased to announce that Mr.  Allan Limmer has been appointed as the hotel’s new General Manager as of August 15, 2019. Mr. Limmer had been working as a Resident Manager since the last 2 and a half years with Accor Novotel Beijing hotel’s a 700-room operation.  

After beginning his career in 2000 at Chez Nico in London as an chef and working across Africa, Middle East, Europe , Asia , India and Russia  , Mr. Limmer has made his mark in 5 star properties around the world as pre-opening and developing his portfolio as a seasoned and well-rounded Hotel Executive ,  joined The Hotel Preference a luxury 5 star property as GM,

Mr. Limmer also has considerable experience in High end 5-star Michelin Operations with chef development, having undertaken roles at International hotels around the world that are considered a Luxury segment.

Mr. Limmer had the following to say about his new appointment: “The Hotel & Preference group of companies, I am delighted to have been granted this opportunity to become the hotel’s General Manager. I will be working hard to achieve even higher levels of hospitality, delivering our guests the kind of resort experience that only Hotels & Preference can offer and building an enduring love for our hotel and the Country.” 

With his 26-year career in the hospitality industry and extensive knowledge and experience of luxury brands as well as pre-opening experience. The hotel will continue to provide guests with memorable experiences and uphold the traditions of which The Hotel & Preference is so proud, while striving to further enhance service quality and brand value into the future.
