Study on the position of Georgian women in the workplace

As part of a research project, the CCIFG initiated the drafting of a study on the position of women in the workplace in Georgia.

The report was based on documentation provided by the Georgian government and development aid programmes in Georgia. We also had the opportunity to speak to Ms Maia Khetsuriani, Managing Director of Servier Georgia, a pharmaceutical company that promotes gender equality and equal pay, among other inclusive programmes implemented within the company.
