ARDI Insurance launches Ardiana, the World's First Georgian AI Enterprise Voice Assistant!

Ardi, a Georgian insurance company, has announced the launch of Ardiana, the world's first Georgian AI Enterprise voice assistant.

Ardi, a Georgian insurance company, member of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Georgia has announced the launch of Ardiana, the world's first Georgian AI Enterprise voice assistant.

Ardiana will help Ardi's policyholders book appointments with their family doctors, answer calls on the first ring, and never put them on hold, even during high call volume.

The project was created in collaboration with Georgian technology startup CalenAI. 

Teona Goderidze, Ardi's Head of Business Development, said:

"In the post-pandemic period, we found it increasingly difficult to find the personnel resources to meet the demand of our policyholders. Ardiana will help us to address this issue and improve the customer experience."
